First touring exhibition ‘Personal Views’. An exhibition by Loughborough ArtSpace.
We have produced a free catalogue to accompany the exhibition.
For the whole of September 2001 Artspace showed new work at the Charnwood Museum in
Granby Street, LOUGHBOROUGH. After September the exhibition
transferred to Snibston Discovery Park, Ashby Road, COALVILLE, Leicestershire.
The exhibition 'Personal Views' ended on 11th of January 2002 which was a Friday.
At Snibston Discovery Park, the second venue,
Eleven artists work hung on the screens round the cafeteria area in Snibston’s main entrance hall
of the museum, on the left as you enter.
Snibston is acknowledged as one the Midlands' top visitor attractions. On a 100 acre landscaped site,
Snibston Discovery Park is a unique mixture of open spaces, an outdoor science play area, wildlife habitats,
historic mine buildings (Where miners once spent long gruelling hours underground at the former Snibston Colliery )
