Maps have always fascinated me. Apart from being an essential tool in my travels during a long career, maps are in themselves a thing of beauty. They not only help us to know where we belong but also make political statements about the power and might of Empires and States. However the medium of the map can be read in many ways and my in work often describes reflections on life.
