I find beauty in things that are commonplace, discarded and neglected.
Patterns and patina in eroded surfaces harbour a multitude of colours, forms
and textures – man made, yet finely tuned by nature – enriching
simple scenes.
Through using a multi-layered combination of techniques and colour variations,
I aim to take the glimpsed view and preserve its beauty forever.
