Clear View Open Studio 2008
	Three ArtSpace artists will be opening their Quorn studio to the public over the weekend of November 22nd and 23rd, providing a unique opportunity to see inside a real working artist’s studio. Nita Rao, Jo Sheppard and Tony Thory are holding the event at their studio on the Clearview Business Park, Loughborough Road (next to Loughborough Road Nurseries).
What will be on show? Nita Rao works with various materials including bronze, clay and willow/wicker to produce sculpture for the home and garden. She will also be showing several larger dramatic exhibition pieces.
	Jo Sheppard produces contemporary textural paintings inspired by Mediterranean architecture and natural forms, and will have several works on view, from small pencil studies to 6ft x 4ft oil paintings.
Photographer Tony Thory will be showing a selection of photographs and experimental prints, many of which are based on local woodland, such as the Outwoods and Jubilee woods.
The artists cordially invite you to come along and explore their working environment and peruse the works on view. Demonstrations of some of the artist’s working processes will be ongoing throughout the weekend. There will also be many works for sale for you to browse- this could be the ideal place to find a truly unique item for yourself or a gift for a loved one. Admission is free with doors open from 10am to 3pm both days. Refreshments will also be available. Access via stairs.
